4. Delivery Timelines

We do our best to deliver work on time. However, project timelines depend on your timely feedback and input. Delays in communication may lead to delays in project completion.

5. Client Responsibilities

To get the best results, we need your full cooperation. This includes:

  • Approving designs and giving timely feedback

  • Informing us about any changes you want early in the process

6. Ownership and Usage

  • Once full payment is made, you own the final deliverables of the project.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you choose to cancel a project midway, partial refunds (if any) will be determined based on the work already completed.

  • No refunds are provided after final delivery.

8. Third-Party Tools or Services

Some projects may involve third-party tools (like hosting, domains, or plugins). We’re not responsible for the performance or updates of those services, but we’ll do our best to help you manage them.

9. Limitation of Liability

We’re here to support your business and provide the best service we can. But we’re not liable for any losses, damages, or downtime related to the use of our services.
